- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I based my pricing on the scope of the work involved as well as my time and team member's time to execute the logistics for each event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting a new client is exciting! It gives them an opportunity to explain in detail their vision for their event and we discuss how I can assist them to bringing that vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as an apprentice for 10 years with a wedding and event manager and learned the basics of the business as well as in my own professional and personal career working in various arenas from pharmaceutical events/meeting to technology and social events.
