Years later Stein Tree Service is still operating with over a dozen full time employees including a ISA Certified Arborist. We provide FREE ESTIMATES, FAST & RELIABLE SERVICE. Since 1983!!! If you ever need Tree Service, Stein Tree Service is the way to go. They are prompt. They always get back to you quickly and the job they do with taking down a tree and getting the stump out is wonderful and theyre very good at cleaning everything up afterwards.

We had one Ash Tree removed and work done on an additional eleven trees, a busy day in our small suburban yard. Jose and his crew did an excellent job; it was easy to see a camaraderie among the team and they were all friendly and good humored. Jose arrived early to discuss the work plan. He was considerate of our neighbors' needs while managing his crew, and climbing the trees, making excellent decisions that will add to the health of the trees. The clean-up was fully completed with no supervision. We had met with a number of companies before selecting Stein. We went with the Stein Company based on Matts and their Arborists knowledge and ability to communicate with a knowledge base that gave us confidence. It was a bonus that their price was competitive. Scheduling was easy.

Meticulous work and outstanding service, above and beyond expectations. Worth every penny. The "Spider Crew" was professional, efficient and highly skilled. Cheerful too, I might add, and patient with my boyish curiosity at all the cool equipment!They removed a full grown, dead ash in tight quarters - overhanging a power line, in a hilly backyard with narrow access between houses to get there. They were careful to work with low impact on my and my neighbors' properties. And when the tree was down and the wood cleared, the crew raked and used a leaf blower to clean the entire property - front, back and side. It looked better than when they arrived!I plan to hire Stein and the Spider Crew again next year for similar work - ash borer has killed off other trees on my property.I highly recommend Stein tree Service without reservation.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide all of our customers with fair & reasonable pricing. Getting an estimate is Free & no cost for an estimator to come out to your site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers should can call our office, fill out a lead form through our website or use Thumbtack to reach out to us. Once we have your information, we'll set up a site visit to come and take a look. Usually an estimate is sent out to your email within 1-2 days. Customers can accept on the through the viewer dashboard or by responding with a go ahead message via email.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have many years of experience and knowledge in this industry. Since 1983, we have been successfully servicing DE, PA, & MD areas. There is a Certified Arborist on staff.
