We needed a pool table moved from a storage unit to a home. The Proper Pool guys arrived promptly on time and were polite, helpful and considerate. They were very careful with our pool table's components. They wrapped them protectively and moved them with the utmost of care. Upon arriving at the destination, they treated the table's components equally as well and also workedwith everyone to come into the basement and make the least mess possible. Our pool table was damaged because we didn't store it well, I noticed parts were bent before they were taken out of the storage until. They noticed this and that the table needs re-felting and were able to make the necessary repairs/replacements and finish within a week.
It was a bit of a shot in the dark to hire online and I hoped they would be good movers. They went above and beyond my expectations! I will call them again and will be strongly recommending them to friends and family.

John and Mike were extremely professional an did an excellent job of moving the pool table and assembling/re-leveling it at my place. They were very detail oriented and thorough in their work and I would not hesitate to hire them if I need any pool related work in the future

Customer Service was excellent from first contact. I sent several messages to make arrangements on a Sunday night, and each time Carlos responded within a few minutes. They set up a next-day appointment which was important because I had a competitor for the pool table I wanted to buy.
Hector and Kevin met me at the site and they were both professional and courteous throughout the entire disassembly and reassembly at my house.
They were very careful handling the slate slabs and well protected for the haul.
