- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work within your budget and comfort level for extras. Outside of hourly rate, we will recommend accessories (bins, etc), but we will never require them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for the initial consultation and discuss the space, lifestyle, personal preference, etc. Then we work within clients’ individual level of comfort in regards to accessory budget, level of involvement, comfort with item removal vs containment. It is all very personalized!
