The team came out early and took the them they needed to get the install the way we wanted it. Before the appointment, they responded via Thumbtack within an hour and answered all of the questions my wife and I had. It was their first time installing this type of permanent Christmas lights, but I doubt it will be their last. The lights look great, and we are very happy with how they look both at night when lit and during the day. They are pretty inconspicuous in the daytime unless you’re looking for them.
