- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge about half of what Best Buy Geek Squad charges. I am in it to make a few extra bucks while helping the customer not overpay for IT services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will either go to the customers house or have them drop their computer off with me. Within a few hours I will know how to fix their problem and keep the customer updated the entire time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
