I wanted to get someone to replace the leaky and flowing water shutoff valves in my hallway bathroom. It was urgent as I had to keep the main water supply off until this was fixed. I always thought plumbers gouge their clients especially when you says its urgent. But Mark from All hands plumbing was quite happy the opposite. He understood the situation and helped me find the most cost effective way to resolve my issue. In fact, I asked him to fix the vanity as well for a nominal additional cost. I would certainly contact him for my future plumbing needs. I want to give him a five star on other aspects such as responsiveness, punctuality as well. I realized, sometimes it’s best to leave it in hands of professionals than diy. Mark is one such great professional!!!

My experience with Mark was exceptional. He arrived ahead of time, evaluated the best way to access the leak, completed the repair and replaced my kitchen faucet set in a reasonable amount of time. I consider his charges very fair. I will highly recommend him to any and all who need his services. He is a pleasant and professional young gentleman.

Mark was very knowledgeable and took in work that not a lot of plumbers would do. We had 2 tankless smart bidets put in and another bidet installed on top of a toilet seat, so, 3 total. The workmanship was excellent and the value was phenomenal. He came 30 minutes earlier than the original appointment time and cleaned up once he was done. I’d definitely hire him again when the need arises.
