- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, an estimated hourly rate of $60-70/hr with a minimum 1hr. Fix Rate Estimates available for larger jobs if discussed directly in advance (pictures and/or pre onsite estimate visit) (hourly or fix rates depending on type of project, for estimates reach out. Thank you, Mike.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial call to understand your project, provide cost estimate and schedule to meet your timeframe. Upon arrival, validate your request and desire outcome. If required, explain clearly deviations from initial discussion to ensure agreement before work begins. During the process any additions or unknown issues will be brought your attention and ensure a clear understanding. At job completion, review all work completed, ensure you have working knowledge of use (Smart Home Devices and/or Electronics) and the job was completed to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thirty plus years in home repair projects (for self, others, and charities). Formal education in technology, BS degree. Master's in business administration. Over 40 years' experience with corporation IT solutions, trouble shooting, and technology purchasing. Retired from corporate work and now engaged in direct consumer business full time. I am punctual, ensure a clean job site, and provide precision to the task I take on.
