- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 100% customizable pricing for each client. I believe that everyone has a unique situation and that box or plan pricing does not work. I do not charge for just picking up the phone, giving advice, or talking about concerns. I am available to my clients when they need me. My office hours do not end at 5:00 p.m., nor am I closed on the weekends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak with each customer via phone to understand their needs and then arrange an in-person meeting at the home that needs to be managed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed REALTOR with RE/MAX Associates in Delaware, and I have successfully managed my rentals for over ten years.
