- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer several different custom packages that vary in price depending on location, number of people, level of services requested/needed and wine selections. A deposit is required to secure your date/booking .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work one on one with my client to find out their specific event needs and then work to curate a specific wine flight/experience for your event. If you’re having a private wine dinner I will work alongside your caterer and/or chef to assure my wine selections pair perfectly with your meal . I usually present 3-4 options for you to choose from based on your event needs and budget. I have a few exclusive principals I work with to source wine for my events .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently hold the following certifications: CSW, WSET2 ,Level 1 Sommelier and have been working in various capacities, in the wine and service industry, for over 10 years. I am also a candidate for: WSET3 and American Wine Expert Certifications.
