Tony was AWESOME. I liked that he had a profile picture and he responded very quickly. It's LG Company I have the problem with. Who would have thought you need a special technician to fix a bad compressor on a THREE year old refrigerator. They should train more techs to be certified in this repair as I am without fridge for 12 DAYS!
