What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will receive a free 15-30 minute consultation. This process allows me to learn more about the customer, which also includes a client questionnaire and in that way I'm able to provide the neccessary service that best caters to their wardrobe needs and wants which will ensure a successful experience for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Merchandising at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
During my many years of retail and retail mangement I've came across some really awesome women who enjoyed my customer service and styling advice. I just knew in my heart that I could see myself being a personal stylist for a lifetime. I also enjoy building relationships and meeting new people.
