My apartment complex uses Apple Carpet Cleaners to clean the carpets when there is a leak in apartments that have carpeting. We had our apartment complex schedule for Apple to come today. Since it was after 3pm and no one had come yet, I called and spoke with Denise at at 3:30 today 10/9/23 and was told there was one job ahead of us and that the cleaners will be at my apartment by 5:00 pm today. It is 6:57 and I can only conclude they are not coming. This is very unprofessional and I am disappointed. I planned on using Apple to clean our carpets in the future, but not any more. I understand that I am not the person who is paying, but my time is valuable too.
