J&J Steam Cleaning cleaned my carpet in the entire second floor of my home today and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the service has been outstanding. They were able to accommodate my schedule and arrived on time. Jermar was professional, friendly, and highly efficient. Jermer Gibbs and his Team provided outstanding service and value. He managed my expectations upfront, by not committing to being able to remove stains from a really bad area of the carpet. However, his expertise combined with his state of the art equipment/cleaning solutions exceeded my expectations. The piece of equipment called “the eraser” is unbelievably effective. Can’t say enough good things about J&J Steam Cleaning - the project was to clean a badly soiled carpet on stairs, hallway and two bedrooms.
