One of the main objectives of this job was to replace the screens of my patio. The men did not do a good job. It was done loosely and if I had not said anything, it would not have been a second thought to re-do it. Though the owner has great responsiveness and seems to understand the needs and expectations, that did not come through in the actual job. There were lots of corners cut with paint, the footboards at both doors, and most importantly, the screens. This took a month to do. When the owner came back to inspect and repair the job, it was a lot better but still not up to standard. This door is part of the final job. There’s no way that should have been ok.
