During a horrendous rain storm during January 2024, my wife and I noticed that our bar ceiling was leaking pretty hard. The previous owners we bought the house from had incorrectly installed the flashing on the bar first floor roof where it connected to the rest of the house, causing a decent amount of damage. I (husband) attempted to fix the problem multiple times but quickly found myself outside of my depth, especially with the limited time I have in each working day. I posted the problem on Thumbtack and BandA Construction responded quickly, a surprise since it was the middle of the night!
They came over the next day and looked at the problem, and over the next day or two we arranged our schedules. Their roofers were excellent and scary fast! I am not even sure they had gotten off the ladder before they had started working! It was impressive!
The interior workers were just as impressive and did stellar work. The ceiling looks brand new and better from when we bought the house. Would def use these guys again (and most assuredly will!)
