I contacted JLF about repairing a hole in my kitchen ceiling caused by a water leak from a bathroom above. Jose, the owner, called me shortly afterwards. He gave me a price but wanted to see the damage in person so he could provide a more exact price. He came to my house later that very evening, less than three hours after I contacted him on thumbtack. While the price we eventually settled on was, to be honest, a bit expensive Jose offered to come the very next morning to make the repair. And sure enough he was at my house at 8:30 AM the next morning with his son, tools and materials to hand. I couldn't be more pleased with the work. They were fast and efficient. They did a great job covering everything up and left the kitchen very clean. The repair itself is excellent. They did a great job feathering out the edges. There's almost nothing for me to do before I repaint the ceiling this weekend. They weren't the cheapest but the work is top-notch. I definitely got what I paid for. Excellent work.

JLF Construction LLC is recommended. I was having a challenging time finding contractors to provide me with a quote to remove my hot tub, which was sunken in my deck and then I needed the open space decked over. I was on the Thumbtack app, where I came across JLF Construction LLC and the reviews on how Jose (owner) responded quickly to quote requests and the quality of workmanship done by him and his two sons. I contacted Jose in the late afternoon and he responded right away to my request and he even offered to drive to my house (30 minutes away) to look at my project. Jose arrived as promised, provided me with a quote and offered to start the following day. Jose told me he only works on one project at a time, which impressed me. I agreed. The project took two days, which Jose and his two sons completed and quality workmanship on my deck was excellent. I had a few loose boards on my deck, which they agreed to fix as well. I referred JLF Construction LLC to my neighbor and co-worker, where Jose and his two sons did work on their decks, which both of them told me they were pleased with the quality of their workmanship. Would highly recommend JLF Construction for any door trim installation or repair needs. Several of my doors in the home were left about 1 inch too short on door trim at the bottom after replacing existing flooring on the 1st level of my home. JLF Construction replaced and painted the door trim and now the trim around these doors look better than ever! So happy I chose Jose and his son for this project. They are fast, professional and their quality of work is outstanding! Thank you JLF!
