As a first time user of Thumbtack, I am impressed with how easy it was to use and how quickly you could get in contact with the person you need for your project. Juan was a pleasure to work with. He responded to my request for landscape work within the same day of my request, provided me with an estimation of the cost and the reason for that estimation and offered two days and times in which he could do the job. I was very pleased with his estimate and the fact that he showed up the very next day after our communication, to do the work as requested. He arrived on time and was meticulous in his work. I appreciate that he also took the time to talk to me about some options available that could be done about the draining of rainwater around our home, while also providing a discount price.
