I reached out to Diallo and about two other pros on the app but he was the first to contact me immediately. We set a time for the same day for 3 tv mounts to be installed in each of my bedrooms. Diallo contacted me when he was on the way and also when he was outside. The problem was I didn’t realize I ordered the wrong size mounts that were too small for my TVs so I apologized but he said he can come back once the right size was purchased. Amazon delivered them the next morning and Diallo came back to install them the same day. He was very fast and professional
