The HVAC technician was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the source of my problem, and found a temporary workaround to get may A/C working. He also provided me with a lot of information to follow up with contractor that inadvertently caused the problem. He also suggested tips to keep my unit functioning in top condition, including providing a free air filter as well. Overall, I was very impressed with his work and more importantly that the temperature in the house is finally coming down in this crazy hot weather. I highly recommend Air Serv!

The guy from Aire Serv called back promptly when contacted through thumbtack and was super helpful in fixing the problem with furnace immediately and also explained us what might have caused it and what to do to make sure it doesn’t repeat.

Outstanding all around. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of Customer Service provided by this company. In this day of time it is extremely rare to come across a company that does what they say and stand firm on it. Extremely happy with the service I received from AireServ! From the initial estimate, Dave was on time, friendly, very informative, and didn’t try to oversell me on things I didn’t need right away. He was quick to respond when I had a question a few days later. An appointment was made for a furnace install that worked perfectly with my schedule, and the technicians showed up exactly at the time promised. Paul and his team were also very friendly, they got straight to work removing my old system and installing the new one. Everything went smoothly and they were very respectful of my home. After a minor glitch the following day, I contacted AireServ very early in the morning, and they were able to have a technician come out that very evening as soon as I was available. CJ arrived, and instantly diagnosed the issue. He took the time to explain what happened and how he would fix the problem. He contacted one of the owners, who went out of her way on a Friday evening to bring CJ the part needed for the repair. CJ was able to have my heat running again in no time, and even went the extra mile inspecting lines inside and outside, and adjusted them as needed to make sure the new system was running at peak efficiency. I am very grateful for the whole team at AireServ for going above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with their product and service. Everyone from Dave in sales to service technician, CJ, and Sarah for taking time out of her evening to bring the part, when it could have been put off to the next day, has earned my trust, and I will continue to do business with them and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing heating or air conditioning services.
