The technician explained the need to clean the coils annually. However, what he referred to as "reprogrammed", was nothing more than ensuring the settings were correct. I watched over his shoulder. This was a simple step I could have done myself.

Mr. St. Germaine was punctual, work quality & professionalism was above board, however, the advertisement, which I have a copy of, says $80 service fee, but waived if hired. He did not honor this, but tacked it on to the bill.
