My appointment was canceled twice on the day of the Job and was given one slot in the following week. We had several things to do, Weed removal, Weed Control Fabric, Mulching, Leveling & Sod installation, and finally raised garden bed as per the original discussion. On the day of the job replacing the stone was added to the job. The mulch laid was very thin, with one rain/storm I could see the weed control cover (not fabric which was discussed originally) in most of the places. I had to get additional mulch to cover it up. Leveling was not done at all before placing sod resulting in an uneven surface & poor backyard. The raised bed was our major difference of opinion.. the end product was not what we wanted. After further calls they dropped the material however they were not cut to the dimensions of the bed.

good morning, please dont forget to include the extras we did for free while leaving your review. such as weed wacking the mulch bed at your request, mowing the lawn in an overgrowth state that was never mentioned before hand as well as walking your entire property to answer your questions on the plants you thought were weeds. a $100.00 value for free. so please dont forget to mention this in your review. also as explained on the text while the lawn is in an overgrowth state sometimes the wheels of the mowers will lay the grass down and it will sometimes take up to 30 minutes to start to stand back up. overgrowth issues will always be corrected on the following cut. so while we were there the lawn looks cut, after we leave this one spot the size of a football in your .25 acre lot stood up after we left. and this justifies a poor review in your eyes. not a problem. thank you for your time ps. we dont give out specific time frames so how were we late? we give 48hr windows in case we have any issues along the way
