Tito responded immediately to my post, and then drove to my house to provide an estimate within 10 minutes. We scheduled the job for a few days later. Tito advised me to contact utilities in advance. On the day of the job everything went smoothly, without a hitch, and the trees look great! Tito's team even added some fertilizer under the trees and some mulch on top. Thank you!

La Playa is a top notch operation and Tito (the owner) is professional in every sense. Here are the reasons for this top rating: 1. Tito quickly responded to my inquiry to have several trees removed. 2. Tito quickly arranged an on site review. 3. I was provided an estimate on the spot. To his credit, Tito pointed out the work his crew could do as well as the work that they do not do. This was important as it enabled me to breakdown the work into two parts and get an overall estimate. 4. When the crew arrived to remove the trees they were punctual nearly to the minute. 5. Tito again reviewed the work plan with me before the cutting started and when he left he assured me that I could immediately get in touch with him if needed while the work progressed. 6. It turned out that I did decide on an additional tree for removal and Tito instantly responded regarding the added work. 7. All work was performed as planned and was professional and complete. 8. Clean up was thorough. 9. The estimate and final cost were as represented. 10. Subsequently, I introduced Tito to a neighbor who also retained La Playa and the neighbor was equally satisfied. I write this extensive review because contractors like Tito are far and view between. If you need services that La Playa performs | obviously say "don't hesitate. ' Add Photos (optional)

We had an excellent experience with Tito and his crew. From 6” of backfill around the foundation to top soil and seed. Then onto landscaping around the front of the house, with removal of old shrubs and planting new items. They even worked to solve drainage problems by installing underground drain pipes with pop up egress from my downspouts. It was a lot of work and the team worked hard in the heat, making sure it looked great. Tito was very responsive to all of my questions. I felt like I could trust him and his crew to do the job right. I fully recommend La Playa Services for landscaping and I hear they do great patio work as well!
