Please stay away, you will be highly disappointed. Didn’t have the proper equipment or knowledge to perform duties advertised. He has no commercial carpet cleaning equipment. Was argumentative and very unprofessional. He gave me a quote and said he’d need 5-6 hours to finish the job. Left a few times claiming he had another job to do without even completing a single room properly. Left his equipment unorganized and scattered, and throughout my home-see attached photos. Never returned timely. Demanded full payment in cash or check prior to completion. Then called someone to assist with the job ( he claimed was his employee) the young man that showed up had never even met him before, he said he got him off the Internet. He ended up being a professional carpet cleaner, with commercial equipment and we hiring him to do the job instead. My wish is that other homeowners are not taken advantage of for trying to help a business by giving them business. Please don’t misrepresent your abilities.
