- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically a flat fee, not per animal price. On our repairs it is typically based per structure by what is needed to properly protect your structure from animal entry with products that are aesthetically pleasing and fully functional. Standard Wildlife Consultation $99 Bat Consultation $275 Bat exclusion pricing is completely based on the build of the structure and items that are required for protection or prevention. Pricing varies on animals across the board depending on specific situations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the process by scheduling a standard wildlife consultation for new clients for $99 which is credited towards any work that needs to be performed to solve your standard wildlife issues with the exception of bats. Bat consultations are $275 and take approximately 2+ hours to inspect your structure and verify entries which includes an inspection of your attic spaces and climbing around on the roof of your structure to assess possible secondary entry points for prevention purposes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There are photos of our certifications within our profile pictures. We are certified in every animal category including advanced operator training We were also named as NWCOA: Wildlife Control Professional of the Year in 2022 just 5 years after entering this field, which is a very prestigious accomplishment out of over 5,000 operators across the country. Wild animals are very intelligent, so it takes a little more than some cat food and a trap to get results for your clients. We operate on the 80/20 rule when it comes to animals. 80% of the population can be captured easily. 20% require biology, behavior, instinct and intelligence. Not many can capture the 20% so gambling is wasting time.
