- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is usually consistent with market price minus any difficulties because of odd or rare wall material or custom work. Also, I do not give blind quotes or estimates. It wouldn't be fair to myself or the customer to give an off the cuff estimate, but rather doing a walk through or thorough conversation about the job request. Thereupon, enabling me to give a true estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is for me to become familiar with the new customer and understand with clarity exactly what they want and the task they desire. This helps me maximize my job performance to their convenience
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked and became certified by comcast in 2006 for phone/data/cable installation. In addition, I've mounted tv's in the process of installing. I've done pre/post wiring for time warner for an additional 3yrs.. Consistently done work as an Independent from interior installation to outside construction, over 11yrs experience.
