I truly believe everything happens for a reason. I started therapy with Carol for anxiety a month before my mother got sick. Carol helped me through the most challenging year of my life that went from being Mom’s caretaker to grieving her loss. If I hadn’t found Carol, I would not be doing as well as I am right now. She is so kind, caring and personable. I never feel judged and I know we can talk about anything. I feel so relaxed and calm after her hypnotherapy. I can’t recommend her enough!

Went to Carol for grief yoga and meditation. Carol was understanding and patient with me. She helped me through a very difficult time. When I felt that I was good to move on she would always text me to see how I was doing and still does. I’m blessed to have her in my life .

I had extreme anxiety and so many sleepless nights. I reached out to Carol for help. She helped me calm my mind and how to turn my bad thoughts into a more positive way of thinking.
