- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing includes travel, set up, DJ'ing the event and breakdown of the equipment. My pricing is very reasonable and I'm understandable in every situation. I do also offer light packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I ask questions to better understand what they like. I keep them informed in all process of their event. I can always be reached if anything changes. In the DJ business I cater to a lot of different types of music, styles and requests. For birthdays or sweet 16 parties there are different requirements then a wedding. Therefore the pricing will be different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business over 15 years and have seen many different setups and tips and tricks. The experience I have gained will help make your special event a better experience and you will remember me as a DJ and I promise you will want me to do your next upcoming event. There are a lot of DJ's to chose from but my customer service and attention to detail can not be duplicated.
