FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide monthly customizable value plans. Whether you are a sole proprietorship, a partnership, an LLC or a Corporation, you need accurate and timely bookkeeping. But you may not all need the same bookkeeping services. At least one of our Customizable Value Plans should meet your business and budgetary requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial call to get to know the client and their needs and any problems they currently have. During this call I will go into why I think I can help them. Second call will be to drill down on more details. We'll review the Value Plans and my proposal as to the one I think fits the client best. But it is always the client who makes the final decision. Proposed costs will be discussed at this meeting. The next call is to review and sign off on engagement letter, Scope of work, and the final go ahead. Next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked in Bank Operations for 15 years. This position included managing the Account Reconciliation and error resolution process. I opened my own petsitting business and ran it for 12 years. My best years topping out with $60k in annual sales. I did my own bookkeeping and used a Payroll Company and CPA for their expertise. I have done remote bookkeeping for several companies as their employee for the past 20 plus years. One was a Temporary Staffing agency. When I started doing their bookkeeping, there were only 3 small offices locally. Over time, the number of offices grew to over 15 and were located all over the country. I continued to do the centralized Bookkeeping until I retired in 2016. I spent a couple more years working for a non-profit animal shelter as their bookkeeper.
