The Demati team and Project Sunrise has helped me find clarity and peace among the chaos which is life. There is no better way to break up the work week than a Wednesday morning Yoga session where I can go from looking at Thomas Jefferson upside down in my down dog pose, to seeing the sun glint off the Washington Monument as I move into Warrior Two.
