PPA Plumbing replaced my water heater. The new water heater was physically larger, but he and his crew were clean and neat with the installation. It is an excellent installation. Once I experienced the high level of care and attention paid to detail, I can see how the agreed arrival time may slip if you are a mid-morning or evening appointment. However, PPA was constantly in communication with me of the updated arrival time. Would I use them again? Definitely. And I recommend them to you.

Ata of PPA Plumbing and Heating was a godsend in the middle of an emergency. My old water heater began leaking and I got on Thumbtack, which has done well by me. Ata could not have been more responsive, polite, communicative and thorough, He was at my place within a short time, assessed the situation and took it from there. I had a new water heater installed by evening's end. All's well that ends well. Highly recommend.
