- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary by project, we set up a consultation call with our clients to assess your vision, needs, and expectation. Based on these factors we are able to determine the staff, and equipment needed for your project after this is done we send a proposal via email for your approval.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CONSULTATION CALL: Our typical process starts with a consultation call. During this call we are able to take the first steps in the production process which is assessing your needs, wants , and expectation. REVIEW: Based on these three factors we are able to determine what crew, and equipment is needed for your project. Once this is done we compose a proposal that is sent via email for your approval. PROPOSAL: When the project is approved by both parties we proceed to create a storyboard that is guided by your vision for the video and set a date and time to start the production. PRODUCTION: After your project is filmed it may take up to 3-4 weeks to deliver the final product depending on the project. We have completed projects with-in 48 hours, However, we do not release projects until they meet our standards.
