- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customers time is most valuable. Working in the District has taught me that many of my clients have busy schedules that can not rely on a roofing emergency. I will set up your free estimate when it is convenient for you! You don't have to be home. I photograph every thing I find and can email it in a packet with your repair/replacement options. When the job is scheduled my team is quick and efficient we get it taken care of as soon as we can.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a third generation roofer. I have attended many contractor conferences. I have studied all local home improvement manuals and licensing programs.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We are a third generation family owned and operated business. It's been our family's livelihood since the 50's
