- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with a new customer usually begins when a potential customer reaches out to us. We start by scheduling an appointment for one of our technicians to go out to the property and assess the work that needs done. We never charge for this consultation - our estimates are always free! Once our technician has performed the assessment on site, we will then curate an accurate proposal on what work needs to be performed. We then email our proposal to the potential customer and answer any questions they may have. If the customer decides to move forward, we will require a signed contract and deposit to be collected before adding the job to our schedule. We then coordinate a day/time that works for the client to have the work performed. Upon job completion we provide before and after photos by email and as we do require payment upon completion, we will also provide a paid in full invoice as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has spent many years honing their craft. We also spend many hours a year continuing our knowledge of the roofing industry and becoming certified in other products.
