Alex works for Henry who is the owner and we met yesterday to look at a sub roof issue. Alex spoke very little English but we used a phone translator which helped a lot. He was very polite and I appreciated that. I spoke with Henry who was honest and said he doesn't want to take our money as the job can really can be done by a handyman. I thanked him for his honesty.
