I wish I can select all 5 qualities for this company. They are the best. I’ve had so much bad experience with other management companies and by far Icon Property Management has been the best. They are so dedicated to making sure everything is done properly by the books. They also handle my finances which by surprise, I learned so much on how to save and budget a lot of the monthly expenses. The communication is on point, always available to address whatever concern I may have. It’s such a big relief knowing I have a team that helpful. Once again thanks Icon Property Management! ICON Property MNGT has been excellent to work with on our home renovations! They gave a quick response to assess our needs and in sending in their workers! The prices were very reasonable, the workers were prompt and very skilled in getting the work that we needed completed! I highly recommend them! I selected them because they were a female run/staffed company and they did an excellent job!

I was veru happy with the work Oscar did. He helped me install a few shelves, a mirror and a patio umbrella bracket. All were installed with precision and in a timely fashion. He was courteous and easy going. I will definitely book this vendor in the future!
