I really appreciate all the hard work and at very reasonable rates as well. My tenants likewise had good experience in their capable hands. I highly recommend Atlas Lane as what must be the best property management group in Washington!

I truly thanked God that I found Trever after the whole nightmare with the previous agent. I've never written any kind of review before, but I was so impressed with Trever's professionalism and also want to help out someone who is desperately looking for a RELIABLE property manager. Trever is very professional, has lots of integrity, and fair. I found him when I had been in a difficult situation with new tenant which my awful previous agent brought in. And I was a long distance landlord. As soon as I contracted him, he took care of everything for me in a prompt manner. Considering what he would offer for his services, his fee is unbelievably inexpensive. He did more work for me than others whom I had paid much more. I would confidently recommend him to anyone including a female, long distance landlord. I would give 6 stars if I can!! If he is in your area, I wouldn't go to anyone besides Trever.

Trever Faden is one of the best Property Managers around. As a real estate agent, I've come across many companies and you cannot go wrong with Atlas Lane. Their customer service and communication is top notch.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Trever. When looking for a rental home we saw many options. Trever's properties were in a class above all others. Well maintained, clean and in wonderful neighborhoods. From application to move out (we recently moved out of state), they were professional, caring and accommodating. We would recommend no one else and we will definitely return to him if we end up back in Washington.

This company is an A+. I was a renter for three years and they were great, fixed things super quickly, got back to me same day, was avail by email, and they really did seem to look out for me- I felt protected.
I also know they were good to their clients as well- we looked at things from both angles and I would totally hire them to take care of my property.
I usually worked with Trever and he was amazing- great guy to rent/work with.
This company is solid!
