If you are looking for a team that not only has great people skills, but are also good business people, organized, has a great support team as far as administration, and in resolving problems as they arise, you've come to the right place. Atlas Lane have been managing my three apartment buildings for over 3 years, and I can tell you that I sleep well at night. It's important to know that your very valuable assets are being looked after with your best interests in mind.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Trever. When looking for a rental home we saw many options. Trever's properties were in a class above all others. Well maintained, clean and in wonderful neighborhoods. From application to move out (we recently moved out of state), they were professional, caring and accommodating. We would recommend no one else and we will definitely return to him if we end up back in Washington.

Trever Faden is one of the best Property Managers around. As a real estate agent, I've come across many companies and you cannot go wrong with Atlas Lane. Their customer service and communication is top notch.

This company is an A+. I was a renter for three years and they were great, fixed things super quickly, got back to me same day, was avail by email, and they really did seem to look out for me- I felt protected.
I also know they were good to their clients as well- we looked at things from both angles and I would totally hire them to take care of my property.
I usually worked with Trever and he was amazing- great guy to rent/work with.
This company is solid!
