- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Moore Enterprises' approach to pricing and quotes starts with understanding the project's scope and the value add that Moore Enterprises can bring to the client. Each project, project team, and solution is tailored to the client. Our number one goal is to ensure that we utilize our expertise to deliver a successful outcome. To ensure that we achieve the projects goals we have a staff of experts with a wide range of expertise and experience that will aid in task completion. Transparency, customization, and quality are at the forefront of our pricing and business model. Our goal is to build a relationship with our clients to ensure we have a deep understanding of their vision and that we are on the same page regarding all aspects of the project. Our pricing is fair and competitive across the consulting environment. Our goal is to provide deliverables and solutions that far exceed the cost of your investment in hiring Moore Enterprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are five (5) steps that we take when onboarding a new customer. 1) Hold an initial meeting to understand the client/project's goal, needs, and objectives. 2) Draft a comprehensive project plan outlining the scope, timeline, and deliverables. 3) Review the plan with the client to seek confirmation of the outlined plan/deliverables. 4) Start work on the outlined assignment/project, conduct follow-ups, and provide updates to the client as outlined in the scope. 5) Deliver finished deliverables and get client sign-off.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with District Government Agencies, Small Businesses, Start-Ups, and more. I have worked on projects worth over $15 million from inception to completion. I hold a marketing degree and have served as a Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Program Analyst in past roles. I also hold my Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
