- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When meeting with a new client. I typically like to meet in person to discuss their goals, then assess overall strength and endurance with a basic workout. Which will provide me the information I need to create a program to fit their unique goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor degree in Exercise Science from Lincoln University, PA. I'm certified personal trainer by the International Sports Medicine Association, and TRX Level 1. Looking to add more In the future.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working out in high school where i continued my passion for fitness into college where I played football. I then became a certified trainer in 2010. I have been changing lives ever since.
