I worked with AJ to increase strength and loose weight, virtually. We had sessions twice or thrice a week.
AJ (Anooj) pays attention to detail and wants me to succeed. He will modify depending on the health issues one has. AJ is extremely punctual compared to other virtual sessions I have had with other trainers.
After about 6 months of taking lessons from him and also continuing to practice; I noticed that I was building muscle and lost weight.
I am still doing the exercises he taught me as they help me.

Training with AJ was a great experience. AJ takes the time to listen to your needs and draws up a training schedule geared towards your goals. During the training session he is very attentive and pushes you to achieve more and in a better way. AJ is very professional and training with him is great value for your money. I could not have asked for a better trainer!
