- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my fee on an hourly rate. I will offer a 10% discount on repeat, maintenance visit six months after the first project is complete.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Decluttering is an intimate process so I'm interested in getting to know the customer - and what they are looking to achieve for their project. Before our initial meeting, I will ask the customer to send pictures and tell me about the area and share my initial thoughts on how to tackle.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've had on the field training for nearly half a dozen years.
