Michelle was excellent! It's not easy to plan a funeral and Michelle had every single detail covered. We had no idea that there were so many logistics in planning the funeral and we would have been completely lost if she didn't step in to help. She was kind, had a great personality, empathic and was often guiding us to making the right decisions. My sister's funeral was everything we could have imagined and more and we couldn't have made it happen without Michelle. Every family who loses a loved one truly needs to get a funeral planner- it's worth every dime. Michelle, we are eternally grateful!

Michelle is such a passionate and professional person. She values her clients and is always available & responsive. She was very attentive to detail, did an absolutely amazing Job with the funeral. She Is so hard working and won't stop until you have what you deserve for your loved one and satisfied with the results, and I promise you, you will be. The quality of her work is undeniably the best. I admire everything she did for us and our family, even during mourning herself, she still kept her demeanor warm, welcoming and supportive. My ex-husband funeral was like a Hollywood movie, the quality and professionalism that we had was of a very high level, empathy and sympathy were applied too and we felt more comforted and taken care .Thank you Michelle
