Kris is AMAZING!! 3 weeks before my wedding I was starting to get nervous. I had planned a majority of my wedding but everyone kept telling me to hire a day of coordinator. They were right! The minute I hired Kris she immediately jumped into action. She asked me questions and brought up details that I wouldn’t have ever thought of. My venue ended up being understaffed the day of and Kris literally helped serve and fill up people’s drinks!! I felt completely at ease and 100% confident in Kris’ ability to handle any crisis or challenge. I’m telling you, you will not regret hiring her!

We knew that we were going to hire Kris as our day-of coordinator within a few minutes of talking to her on the phone during our consult call. She knew all of the questions to ask us and brought to our attention many things that we hadn't considered in our planning up to that point. She got all of our vendors on the same page in the days leading up to the wedding and made sure that every loose end was tied up on the day of. Knowing she was there took away so much of the stress. This is the second birthday party we’ve hired Kris for and she of course knocked it out of the park again! We did a “young, wild and three” theme for my daughter and it was absolutely incredible what she was able to come up with for the vision and execution. Kris is always, professional, punctual, responsive, thorough, easy to work with, direct and cost conscientious. She goes above and beyond with her time, energy and effort before the party and day of to make it all come together seamlessly. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kris she truly is a gem and for anyone looking to have any type of celebration, you definitely want to choose her to help plan it! We cannot recommend Grace Celebrations enough! Kris is absolutely amazing! We hired her with fairly short notice, and she managed to make my daughters’ Frozen themed birthday party such a special celebration beyond what we could have imagined! As a mom with a newborn and 2 year old, I didn’t want to nor know where to begin to put together the pieces for my daughters birthday party and Kris took all the stress out of that process for us. She was very fun and easy to work with, she was professional and prompt, and she was conscious of keeping things within a reasonable budget yet making everything high quality and just perfect! My daughter and her friends had such a fun time as did the adults and it absolutely couldn’t have been pulled together without Kris in such a magical way. I will be recommending her to all of my friends looking to have any events and we will be using her services for all parties that we plan to host in the future! Thank you again for everything!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the project. I don't have a set price. It depends on how many hours would be required to research , coordinate and work the celebration. Once we discuss the details I will be able to quote a price.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the kind of event, the feel and look that the client is trying to achieve. Whether it be for a small dinner party to a large event. We review the budget and start moving towards the goal. Depending on the budget and depth of the event will determine what next steps we take.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been planning events for over 20 years from small intimate dinner parties to weddings with 300 guests. I also do corporate luncheon events.
