- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to attend trainings, workshops and take classes from amazing teachers in the area as much as possible. I personally work one on one with a respected yoga mentor to keep my practice strong, my mind focused and my creativity flowing.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Private yoga sessions, weekly meal plans, small group nutrition workshops, bachelorette parties, retreats, pantry clean sweeps, mini cooking lessons, healthy dinner parties, etc.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
