Introduction
My relaxed and light-hearted demeanor while teaching or coaching puts clients at ease. I'm not perfect and I love my flaws. I think that level of comfort with myself helps those around me be comfortable as well - whether they're working to get into some contorted or challenging yoga pose, or opening up about their relationship with food and eating. I love that I get to spend every day interacting with a diversity of people and that it's my job to help them feel better - physically, mentally and emotionally. I take that responsibility very seriously. There's nothing that makes me happier than seeing people walk out of a class or walk away from a one-on-one session with me visibly more at ease - shoulders down, chest lifted, face relaxed and an easy smile across their face. It's so rewarding and reinforcing.

I participated in Amy's Barefoot Bootcamp, meeting 2x per week for 8 weeks alongside 15 other women. Amy stands out from other fitness coaches I have worked with due to her authentic dedication and care for the individual goals of each of her clients, which is hard to find in a group class setting. She takes the time to provide each person with specific feedback multiple times in each class, and often meets with bootcamp participants before and after class to address individual concerns and to answer questions that we may have. Not only does Amy seek feedback and take requests, she incorporates it quickly, which results in classes that are tailored to the needs and wants of its participants. I must also mention that her classes are FUN! Great music, wonderful energy, and lots of positivity. And we definitely leave feeling the burn :).

I've taken tons of yoga classes with Amy over the past year, and I also did her 10-day guided diet detox this winter. Amy is a great teacher, and an insightful, supportive nutrition coach. Her plans empower you to make and eat 100% real, unprocessed food that leaves you feeling full and healthy, not deprived. Amy's training as a yoga teacher leads her to focus on mind-body connections in nutrition, which helped me uncover the roots of some health habits I wanted to break. I would wholeheartedly recommend her services.

I have worked with Amy for the better part of the year and every experience has been wonderful. I participated in her Fall 10-day detox and have never felt better. The detox was closely monitored through a group of community support, and she was always able to quickly answer questions or make modifications. I learned that I have a gluten sensitivity and made major diet changes that have led to feeling better. I also have gone to her fusion flow and been through 2 rounds of her Barefoot Bootcamp which provide the cardio I need to burn calories, with the great community I need to stay motivated. So grateful for Amy!

I met with Amy for a nutrition consultation and participated in a guided seasonal cleanse. They were fantastic experiences and it was clear that Amy approached both holistically and with a lot of care and thought. She's incredibly warm and considerate and I found it pretty easy to make small adjustments to my nutrition with her guidance. Thanks, Amy!

I participated in Amy's 10-day detox and it was an AMAZING way to start out my New Year. Her recipes were easy-to-follow, delicious, and left me feeling satisfied and healthy. Most of all, her happy and supportive demeanor made the process a joy to complete!
