- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
● Lessons occur once a week for 60 minutes. Each lesson costs $80/hour. Lessons are booked in packages of 4 lessons, 6 lessons, or 8 lessons. Payment for each package is due at time of booking. ● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of the lesson will result in a $40 cancellation fee. For virtual lessons, if the student is more than 15 minutes late it counts as a no show and will also result in a $40 cancellation fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to ask what goals you are trying to accomplish then set up a plan in tackling them. I will also run a few tests to see where you are and what work needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with multiple students of various ages. I’ve sung at the Kennedy Center as well as in front of Presidents. I have preformed with professional artist such as Neal Diamond, Justin Bieber, Mary J. Bilge and other celebrities.
