• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  I charge by the hour, by package, or by month. After a plan has been agreed to, invoices are sent via PayPal or SquareUp. I also accept all major credit cards.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  Our initial session phone session will determine what sort or plan we'll create together for my client's goal(s). The number of sessions needed will vary, depending on the client's needs. All sessions are done over the phone in 45-60 minute increments. I coach, mentor, empower, inspire, & motivate my clients to become a higher version of themselves. My coaching fee includes all phone calls, emails, and coaching-via-text messaging.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  Certified Licensed Facilitator of The Desire Map and The Fire Starter Sessions by Danielle LaPorte (2015-2018), Bachelor of Science in Business Management from George Mason University (2006), Transformational Breakthrough Life Coaching (Tony Robbins, Cloé Madanes, Mark Peysha, & Magali Peysha), and a Virginia-certified Notary Public. I am a member of the National Résumé Writers' Association (NRWA), the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity In Communications (NAMIC), the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW), the US Women's Chamber of Commerce (USWCC), and am a LinkedIn ProFinder Professional.
