Kevin absolutely exceeded our expectations. We first engaged with him to help our son prep for the ACT, which went very well. He connected with our son and his composite score went up by 6 points. I've had a great experience. I never did calculus in school but had to learn it quickly in graduate school. I wouldn't have been able to pass the class without the help of Tutor With the Best. They made it almost easy to learn calculus. I've been very satisfied and plan to use them again.

I’m a student in the pre med program and have maintained a 4.0 in all sciences and chemistry. I completely underestimated calculus and received a failing grade for my first unit test. In a desperate search I found Kevin, who was not only able to teach me a whole entire unit in the matter of hours, but also utilize social distancing platforms. With the help of his review and ability to actually explain calculus for students to UNDERSTAND it, I received an easy A at the end of the semester. Will definitely be using him for calc 2 as well as any other math course. He made math easy and understandable which is miracle work in itself.

Our standard pricing is $75/hr. However we have discounts available for students who purchase packages of sessions. Also, your first session is complementary!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of our tutors has at least a master's degree and 10+ years of experience teaching at the university level in the classroom. We are experts in our fields and pride ourselves in our ability to relate the most difficult concepts in the most approachable manner to all of our students.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We love seeing the sense of accomplishment and confidence grow in our students. Each of us has taken our own path to where we are today, but it started for all of us with the spark from sharing with our students their enjoyment of learning something new.
