- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to Covid-19, rising prices such as gas, and removal fees, with transfer stations lockdown junk removal has become difficult which increases the price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically keep a close contact with my customers, set up a date, time, and location. Once we have a scheduled appointment then I follow through by completing the task.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Throughout my years I help people move things and it became quite natural to assist someone if needed. I recently start working professionally as a mover before deciding to start my own company a few months ago.
