Luis did an amazing job in getting rid of a low level deck that was dangerously falling apart, rotting and would crack and get holes when you walked on it. He and his team removed the deck and all the debris explaining to me how the previous owner had it built and why it was in such an awful condition. Once he removed the deck he built an amazing patio with a fire pit. I was completely unsure what I wanted initially aside from getting the deck removed and he took his time to draw out ideas and patiently helped me think through different approaches, designs and ideas to rebuild something that my family and I would love. He did not try to sell me on the most expensive and unreasonable patio/deck options. In fact, he also worked with me to make reasonable payment arrangements and to pay along the way as materials were purchased. He understood my concerns and provided a thorough presentation of his work and how he could help. He clearly communicated all the steps, brought materials for me to see and kept me in the loop while he was at the store buying the pavers and sending me pictures along the way while I worked. He was very meticulous in his work and did not take any short cuts. He was very responsive, punctual, professional and his work quality was outstanding!! My family and I couldn’t be more happier with the work that Luis and his team provided. If you are looking for a team with incredible work ethic, reasonable prices, to transform your patio/deck I highly recommend Luis!!!!😊

Luis did an AMAZING job at my place. He made it look completely move in ready, he did it quickly, and he was affordable. They all went above and beyond, helping me even with handyman work outside of painting when my handyman was a no show. I 100% recommend hiring Luis!

Luis and Vlad were able to help remove some old built in shelving and haul it away. They also repaired the wall and prepared it for painting. Vlad was also able to install a new outlet and test it was working properly. They did incredible work! I will definitely be calling them again for my next project.
