- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Consultation Fee: $150 (onsite or virtual) up to 2 hours on site to view space, take pictures and measurements, discuss any details and ideas. Full Service Interior Design Fee : ( Onsite services and includes room design(s), layout and floor plan, furniture/decor sourcing, color/wallpaper consultation, window treatments consultation and sourcing, project management (contractor coordinating), installation of design (does not include contractor fee) 1 Room Design Fee: $1,500 2 Room Design Fee:$3000 3 Room Design Fee: $4500 4+Rooms (please request a quote) Fee Payment Schedule: *50% of fee is due upfront as a retainer and 50% due prior to installation day. Virtual Design Services Fee: No onsite visit outside of consultation. Design, sourcing and purchasing for client only. Services include mood-board, 3d model of room (s), floor plan /layout. Sourcing of furniture and ordering of furniture to be delivered to client for client installation. 1 Room Design Fee: $950 2 Rooms Design Fee: $1900 3 Room Design Fee: $2850 4+ Rooms (please request a quote) Fee Payment Schedule: *50% of fee is due upfront as a retainer and 50% due prior to ordering furniture day. These are our design fee’s only. They do not include furniture, decor, contractor work, paint /wallpapers or window treatments. Any additional fee’s will be discussed prior to any changes.
